We have a lab on premises that is Nationally certified by The Intersocietal Commision for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL). Our ultrasound equipment is state of the art. Our ultrasound staff are registered vascular technologists that have been closely working with Dr. Goldblatt since 2005. Our ultrasound staff has 20 to 25 years of experience.
After your initial consultation with Dr. Goldblatt you may be sent for an venous ultrasound duplex exam. A typical vascular ultrasound examination can last between 20-60 minutes, depending on the specific test ordered. Vascular ultrasound procedures are noninvasive, meaning they do not require the use of needles, dyes, radiation or anesthesia and are, therefore, relatively painless and harmless.
